@jpeyron yes i've seen pynq support but no help availble regarding this. and  i've also seen arty-z7 but again question is same how this will be done.

Hi @AUR,

I have not worked with petalinux or Jupyter Notebook enough to be able to help with this.  My understanding would be that you would create a custom application in c (petalinux) or python (Jupyter Notebook) that takes the data packets from the hdmi and sends it over the ethernet.  Here are some python libraries you could look at. OpenCV might be helpful as well.
