About USB-2408-2AO

I recently purchased a USB-2048-2AO but it does not work properly.
I did an analog test on instacal, but I get the error message "Device has stopped responding"
I have confirmed the same message on DAQami.
Also, from the moment I connect this DAQ to my PC, the Active LED is blinking all the time.
Is this an initial defect? Please let me know if there is a solution.

Which version of InstaCal and Windows OS are you using?

What is the device's firmware version in InstaCal?  Right click on the device and select Configure.

Have you tested a different USB cable and/or USB port on the target system?

My using OS is windows 10 and instacal version is 6.74.
Also the firmware version of the device is Main firmwarev:1.01, measurement firmware:v0.00.
I have tried different cables and USB ports with the same results.
I also have a USB-1208LS which works fine.

I believe it is a defective device. Please reach out to our distributor in your area regarding a replacement.
