WebDAQ 504 Error: The DAQ Service is not running

Hello,

When i want to access the webdaq web interface following Error appeared (attached image).
The ftp server can be reached but all Rest API requests are declined and after login to the webinterface only the error message apears.

The device will be placed in a remote location, Is it possible to restart the device over ssh, telnet, etc.?

Hello,

Resetting the device via SSH or telnet is unsupported. If it crashed or locked up for an unknown reason, someone would need to repower it to bring it back.

thanks for the reply.

In the error message it states "See log file for details before restarting", how can I get the log file when I can not access the web gui?
