  1. Hello, thanks for the reply. In the error message it states "See log file for details before restarting", how can I get the log file when I can not access the web gui? Kind regards, Tobias
  2. Hello, When i want to access the webdaq web interface following Error appeared (attached image). The ftp server can be reached but all Rest API requests are declined and after login to the webinterface only the error message apears. 3. Hello @Fausto I connected the relay contacts to the DIO 0 on the WebDAQ 504, but I only get a 5V (High) reading. On the REST API Help (https://www.mccdaq.com/downloads/WebDAQ/REST-API/1.0.0/webdaq-rest-api.html#digital-information-digital-bit-get) it reads: But this results in a value of 1 (5V) when the relay contact is open or closed. How can I get a 0V reading when the relay contact is open? Kind Regards Tobias
  4. Hello, Is there a CAD file for the WebDAQ 504, possible as DXF-File? Kind Regards Tobias
  5. Hello, can I connect a Inductive Proximity Sensor with PnP output configuration with e ouptut voltage of 0-24V to the AI of the WebDAQ? On page 7 in the datasheet it reads: So can it handle the 24V pulse signals but only reads a max 5V signal? Kind Regards Tobias
  6. Hello @Fausto thank you for the fast response, yes we want to read 0-5 VDC on the input pins of the WebDAQ.
  7. Hello @Fausto so if we connect to the relay contact a 5VDC source this should work? Kind Regards Tobias
  8. Hello @Fausto We are using the DIO lines only as input and connecting relay contacts to the I/O lines. Is this configuration possible? Similar like this: Kind Regards Tobias
