There is no suitable Memory Part for ZyboZ7-10 in Vivado 2018.2

I've read the Reference Manual for ZyboZ7,it shows the Memory Part of ZyboZ7  is "MT41K256M16HA-125 DDR3L",but when I create a "helloworld" project in Vivado 2018.2,I did not see  it at the list.

 

So should I do something to add the suitable memory part in Vivado,or select someone to replace it?

I've tried some memory parts,but they all failed,there was nothing displayed in the terminal.

Hi @FV4005,

The Digilent board files correctly configure the memory for the Zybo Z7-10 development board. Here is a tutorial for installing the Digilent board files. After installing and using the Digilent board files, when running block automation in the block design for the ZYNQ processor the default setting will be the Digilent board files.
