Automatic measurement of duty cycle digital input

I would like to know if there is an easy way to measure the duty cycle and frequency of a digital input in the same way as in the oscilloscope.

I'm not certain if this is exactly the answer you are looking for, but the general tool that is the digital version of an oscilloscope is called a Logic Analyzer.

My question is more related to how can I measure -- in an automatic way -- the duty cycle and frequency in the logic analyzer without using the cursors. In the scope, there is a measurement option that can give me multiple measurements per channels, I was wondering if the same functionality is available for the logic analyzer and if so how can I use it.

Are you referring to WaveForms Live with the OpenScope MZ or the WaveForms software for the Analog Discovery 2?

There are no scope-like-measurement available in the Logic Analyzer.
You could use the quick measure or you can connect the signal to a Scope input.
