Waveform Software not launching

Hi, I just purchased the adm kit. After installing the software, I've found that when I try to launch it, it appears in the task manager but no windows come up? I've tried reinstalling and restarting everything but nothing seems to help. I am running windows 10 and I downloaded the latest software for waveform. Any help would be great!

So far I was not able to reproduce the problem. I tried some Windows 10 variants and the application started on each without any problem.

Long time user of Waveforms on Win7. Got a new PC, Win 10 X64, Waveforms software installed & seemed to start ok, could see the Analog Discovery but complained about USB port. NO change if did Win8 compatibility mode.

!!!  New computer has all USB3 ports. Put a small passive 4 port USB-2 hub on one of USB3s and now AD works fine if it's plugged into one of the hub ports.

Could you tell me what was complaining about the USB-3 port?
