Related to fifo generation in pl

hello everyone ,
i am new to zynq.
I am using the Zedboard .
 
how to create fifo in pl .which type of  fifo should i used(native axi etc) and i need to transfer data from ps to fifo in the pl.
can you plz provide any tutorial regarding how to generate fifo ,customize fifo and transfer data from ps to pl.
