Can you please let me know if the MCC DT3x Series PCI Boards are supported through MATLab ?

Yes, the MCC DT3x Series PCI boards are supported in MATLAB, by using MATLAB's Data Acquisition Toolbox and the Data Translation DAQ Adaptor for MATLAB.

The generic examples included with the Data Acquisition Toolbox Support Package for Data Translation Hardware are located in the 

C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\MathWorks\MATLAB Add-Ons\Toolboxes\Data Acquisition Toolbox Support Package for Data Translation Hardware\examples folder.  Users can find other examples under Data Acquisition Toolbox on MathWorks site.

With regards to a breakout box, which MCC DT3x Series PCI board are you using or considering to purchase?  The board's user manual will have which cable and screw terminal panel (STP) are supported.  Some accessories were discontinued, so let me know the PCI board model.
