DT9812 no longer displays serial number and does not function

We purchased several DT9812 devices this year, and about 1/3 of them have stopped working. When plugged into the PC, Device Manager shows no serial number.  Can someone provide the latest firmware for these?  It looks like the first step is to try to reprogram them.

I am also experiencing this exact problem.  I am unable to download the firmware from the link in the pdf file provided, or I would also try to reprogram the firmware.  Any help would be appreciated.

@Fausto That worked great.  After reprogramming the device I'm able to see the serial numbers and the devices appear to be fully operational. Thanks!

Just to follow up, reprogramming my DT9812 made it functional again.

@Jim Windlinger check your wiring connections and surroundings for any possible ESD to the DT9812.  Also, add a surge protector to your host system's power supply, if not currently used.
