    Just to follow up, reprogramming my DT9812 made it functional again.

    bsee, Thanks! I will give it a try. Now the issue is to figure out how to prevent this from happening again.

    I am also experiencing this exact problem. I am unable to download the firmware from the link in the pdf file provided, or I would also try to reprogram the firmware. Any help would be appreciated.
