WebDAQ 504 Wall Mount - ACC-404

We purchased a wall mount (ACC-404) to mount our WebDAQ 504.  It did not come with any instructions or hardware to attach to the WebDAQ.  Can you provide an image or drawing with instructions showing how it is intended to be used and how we are supposed to install it?

If you look at the front or rear of the WebDAQ, you will see a pair of screws used to secure the face plate to the main housing. Remove the screws, position the ACC-404 so the tab holes line up, and reinsert them to mount the plate. The screws are plenty long to accompany it, and, If I'm correct, it can be mounted to the front or back.
