We purchased a wall mount (ACC-404) to mount our WebDAQ 504. It did not come with any instructions or hardware to attach to the WebDAQ. Can you provide an image or drawing with instructions showing how it is intended to be used and how we are supposed to install it?

Hi, We are considering re-imaging our WebDAQ 504 to be able to run some custom data processing routines on device. If we would like to restore the original functionality, is it possible to obtain the factory install image?

The REST API documentation says that data can be read while a job is running. https://www.mccdaq.com/downloads/WebDAQ/REST-API/1.0.0/webdaq-rest-api.html#job-information-read-data-get Does requesting data through the REST API interrupt a job that is running resulting in lost samples?
