Can not detect board with Instacal software

I have a Windows 11 computer.  I installed my copy of InstaCal 6.71. It does not detect the USB-2408 board when it is plugged in.  I figured I should download the newest InstaCal (6.73), but it does not allow me to download after going through the registration on the website.

The USB-2408 is detected in the Device Manager fine.

I am stuck while trying to make and test my code changes.

That worked.  For your info, I was using the Chrome web browser.  I decided to try Edge and the download registration worked from there.  The new version fixed my issue.
