No power output from Analog Discovery 2

Question

I recently purchased an AD2, and when I try to use it power my device, I found the output port on AD2 isn't work at all.

I was following the instruction from Digilent website and try to get a support engineer to help me troubleshoot the problem and if possible, walk me thru the warranty process. If this post didn't at the right place, please move it or point me to the right direction. Thanks.

OS: windows 10

Hi @METCO_BO,

To confirm, you are referring to the output port for the power, you are referring to the V+ (and V-) pins on the 2x16 pin header? Your settings for enabling the supply are correct as far as I can tell.

Additionally (though I do not think it will matter in this instance since you have successfully connected to the device via WaveForms), how do you have the Analog Discovery 2 connected to your computer? The USB voltage is lower than I would normally expect, though the current draw is in the correct range.
