I recently purchased an AD2, and when I try to use it power my device, I found the output port on AD2 isn't work at all. I was following the instruction from Digilent website and try to get a support engineer to help me troubleshoot the problem and if possible, walk me thru the warranty process. If this post didn't at the right place, please move it or point me to the right direction. Thanks. waveform version: 3.18.1 OS: windows 10
