I am trying to make my own OrCAD schematic by referencing the evaluation board schematic. The components D1, D3, D5, D7, D9 are missing their manufacture part number. I have used the microscrope to see on top of this chip is says 6H Z on it, but I cannot find any order information online. Please help if anyone knows what that part is it.
