Dear all, There's a customer who has a development issue on USB-201. The user cannot read any data from their owned developed application. The output voltage is 0V. The program cannot be executed with Visual Studio 2017. HOWEVER, it works OK with Visual Studio 2019. But the user only purchases 2019 version. I'm wondering if there is any way or patch for 2017 that can make the program execute successfully in Visual Studio 2017. Thank you

Dear all, There is a customer who uses the USB-1608G with the underwater 4 units of Hydrophone TC4013. They set the voltage to +1 voltage with DIFF mode on DAQami. They found the voltage of the four channels is "-1" when they only connect the four TC4013 if they only select CH0~CH3 on DAQami. The voltage becomes normal (+1 voltage) if they select all 8 channels (CH0~CH7). Is the voltage normal? And, The user asks if they need to connect the load on the channels or not on the unused channels to let all the voltage of the channels with +1 voltage. If it is needed, could you suggest how to set it up? Thank you

Hi everyone, Our customer would like to use the IOTECH personal DAQ/55 on windows 10. Due to the EOL DAQ/55, I would like to confirm: 1. Could the DAQ/55 install its original driver on windows 10? 2. There is a disc within the DAQ/55. The software is included. Is it also compatible for windows 10? If no, could the current DAQami or the current QUickDAQ be compatible with DAQ/55? Thank you

Hi everyone, Recently we've tested the USB-2408 and found some issues. 1. For the analog input channels, we set up a power supply to generate +5VDC as an input. The voltage measurement is working fine. But we found the other channels those have no input also show the same voltage as the channel with input. For example, as the attachment analog_input_0.jpg we set up +5VDC to channel 5. There is no load on channel 6. But the software shows the channel 6 with +5VDC input. It is the same as other channels those are without any load. BUT when the channel 6 are set up with a load, like +5VDC power input, it works normal. Is it normal? 2. We know the default setting of digital I/O is pull-high. But when the power supply is connected to the USB-2408 and isn't turned on. The digital input indicator on the DAQami shows "low". And then we turned the power supply on, the indicator shows high. Is it correct? 3. We tried to set up a loop back test. We connect one of the digital output channel (DIO3) to one of the digital input channel (DIO4). We found when we set the DIO3 as high status, the DIO4 represents low status. The DIO3 is low, the DIO4 shows high. Is it normal? Thank you

Hi everyone, I tried to install the new USB-QUAD08. The InstaCal application can identify the USB-QUAD08. But when I run the DAQami application, there is no USB-QUAD08 found. From my understanding, the voltage level means the digital I/O high and low voltage, doesn’t it? But I have no idea its frequency. Does anyone know what it is? Thank you
