  1. Hi Fausto, Understood. Thank you Roger
  2. Hi all, The user would like to confirm the MTBF of USB-201. Do we have the data or any associated information about it? Thank you
  3. Dear, The customer would like to get the API of USB-DIO24H/37 to develop their application, but they didn't know how to get it. Could you please tell me where I can download it? Thank you
  4. Hi @Fausto Understood. Thank you so much Best Regards, Roger
  5. Hi everyone, We've got the PCI-DIO24 boards and installed the TracerDAQ software. We found we can only setup all the channels as input mode. How do we set the channels as digital output? Thank you
  6. Hi everyone, Our customer would like to use the IOTECH personal DAQ/55 on windows 10. Due to the EOL DAQ/55, I would like to confirm: 1. Could the DAQ/55 install its original driver on windows 10? 2. There is a disc within the DAQ/55. The software is included. Is it also compatible for windows 10? If no, could the current DAQami or the current QUickDAQ be compatible with DAQ/55? Thank you
  7. Dear JRys, Understood. Thank you so much for your reply
  8. Hi everyone, Recently we've tested the USB-2408 and found some issues. 1. For the analog input channels, we set up a power supply to generate +5VDC as an input. The voltage measurement is working fine. But we found the other channels those have no input also show the same voltage as the channel with input. For example, as the attachment analog_input_0.jpg we set up +5VDC to channel 5. There is no load on channel 6. But the software shows the channel 6 with +5VDC input. It is the same as other channels those are without any load. BUT when the channel 6 are set up with a load, like +5VDC power input, it works normal. Is it normal? 2. We know the default setting of digital I/O is pull-high. But when the power supply is connected to the USB-2408 and isn't turned on. The digital input indicator on the DAQami shows "low". And then we turned the power supply on, the indicator shows high. Is it correct? 3. We tried to set up a loop back test. We connect one of the digital output channel (DIO3) to one of the digital input channel (DIO4). We found when we set the DIO3 as high status, the DIO4 represents low status. The DIO3 is low, the DIO4 shows high. Is it normal? Thank you
  9. Hi Fausto and Digilent MCC team, We've got a quotation requirement for CIO-DIO24. But the product is official EOL. On the announcement document, there is only a remark as "USB DAQ" on the possible immigrate field. Could you please help us to confirm the PN for the recommended replacement? Thank you
  10. Dear Fausto, Thank you so much. The user would like to take C100MMS-2M as an extended-length cable. But now we could not find the mating connector for C100MMS-2M. It should be a D-SUB 100pin with 2 rows female connector. In case we found and purchased the wrong connector, could you please tell us what the PN of the mating connector for C100MMS-2M? Thank you so much
  11. Hi everyone, I tried to install the new USB-QUAD08. The InstaCal application can identify the USB-QUAD08. But when I run the DAQami application, there is no USB-QUAD08 found. I have tried three new USB-QUAD08 devices. It goes the same result. Does anyone know where the problem is? Thank you Best Regards, Roger
  12. Hi everyone, Our customer would like to use both C100HD50-3 and C100MMS-2M serially connected with PCI-DAS6071. In regard to the number of their pins, it is possible. But I cannot confirm the pin definition. Could it work if they are connected serially? Thank you
  13. Hi all, Does DT9837A-0EM support NI CVI/Labwindows software? Thank you
  14. Dear all, There’s a user wondering if the USB-201 & USB-202 could support the PWM output function. And he would like to know the voltage level and its frequency. From my understanding, the voltage level means the digital I/O high and low voltage, doesn’t it? But I have no idea its frequency. Does anyone know what it is? Thank you
