System requirements for WaveForms and Analog Discovery 2

Hi

I'm looking forward to purchasing the Analog Discovery 2, but I'm concerned about my PC capability. I have and old PC with Intel Core2 Quad CPU running at 2.3 GHz, 4 GB RAM, USB 2, and running Suse Linux 64 bit. If you've run with similar hardware, please let me know your experience.

I've installed the WaveForms in demo mode, overriding the libc6 dependency. If you've had a negative experience from overriding the dependency, please let me know.

Hi @zlatko,

We have not tried the Waveforms/AD2 on a pc with these specs specifically. I do not see a reason that it will not work given that you have downloaded and got the Waveforms software to successfully work.

The WaveForms application performance in demo mode should be similar to using a real device, since the same data processing and graphics is applied for both.

Exactly which Linux distribution and version are you using?
The WF requires glibc/libc6 2.14 (date 2011) or newer.
