Altitude accuracy of PmodGPS

Hi,

 

I am using PmodGPS for some aerial measurements (with UAVs) so the elevation is important for me. I did not find the accuracy in Z direction in the datasheet (while 2D is 3 m). Do you have an estimation of how accurate the device is in measuring the altitude?

Hi @Soran,

Looking at the datasheet of the IC on the Pmod GPS here on page 16 in the 2.6 Specification List it shows Position Accuracy.

Thank you for your reply. True, I already saw that but if you look at the first page of the manual (attached) you see it says "3m 2D accuracy". So, I think 3 m is just for Latitude and Longitude and NOT Altitude. Am I missing something here?
