6HJS
Dear all, I bought a NEXYS 3 to evaluate the Parallel PCM on board (IC10). The schematic clearly indicates the IC10 is NP8P128A13T1760E phase change memory. However, the chip IC10 on the test board is showing it is RC28F128P33TF60 which is a SLC Flash, rather than PCM. Please tell me which chip is actually used on the NEXYS 3 Rev.B?
jpeyron
Hi @6HJS, I have contacted the appropriate person deal to confirm the part loaded on IC10. They are unavailable until the 23rd. I Should be able to get a response for you by next week. cheers, Jon

jpeyron
Hi @6HJS, I got a response about your question and the part on IC10 should be the Micron PC28F128P33TF60A which is parallel NOR Flash Memory. The schematic reflects the Numonyx part number which unfortunately went EOL. I will pass on this discrepancy to the correct people to fix this issue on the schematic. thank you, Jon
