intwarrior
With the Max32 board there is a whole row of pins not connected. Does this effect anything? It says they're compatible. Wifi-Shield = 802.11b It's A7-A11 according to the board, that is not connected.
jpeyron
Hi @intwarrior, All of the pins on J4 of the Wifi-shield are pass through as shown in the schematic here. J4-A6 through J4-A11 on the wifi-shield are not usable on the MAX32. cheers, Jon
intwarrior
Ok, great! So doe that mean that not having these connected should not cause any issues with anything right? Thanks!

intwarrior
Thanks! I wasn't sure, I am trying to problem solve issues I am having here and wanted to rule that out as I'm a newb. I have a code that's written for the I/O shield to make the LEDs High when their corresponding switches are high or their buttons are pressed. It works perfectly fine when it is just the I/O shield & the MAx32 board. But when I put the Wi-Fi Shield in between, which gets all the same pins, 3 of the 8 LEDs are high no matter what I do. I bought the Wi-Fi shield from a 3rd party, but the Max32 & I/O shield directly from here. I just want to return it if it is faulty, & buy one here if that's the case. Thanks so much!
