Using GYRO Pmod with Basys 2

Dear Digilent team and members,

I'm using the basys 2 for a school project with the GYRO pMod. I downloaded this example (GYRO pmod Demo) that was designed for Nyxsys 3.Now, I am having trouble configuring it to my Basys 2, Mainly with header pin connections, the Nexys 3 has 12 pin banks while the basys 2 has 6 pin Banks. Any advice is very appreciated.

Hi @Mqasimag,

Looking at the demo, it looks like the demo only uses the top six pins on the Pmod GYRO, so I would recommend getting a six-pin cable and 6 gender changer so you can connect your GYRO to the Basys 2 without having the lower set of pins being stopped/blocked by the PCB. It'll end up looking similar to this image:
