Analog Discovery cable connection possibly broken

Jsummers91

Question

I spoke to a receptionist who said that the only way to get this handled was to use the forums. I purchased an Analog Discovery last month, and since last night it has only worked if the cable connection to the Discovery is tilted in just the right way, and even that isn't stable enough to do any of the work I need it to. It's kept in the original package on a shelf except during use, and it was working fine when I put it away last week. Would it be possible to get a replacement, and if so how soon would that be available?

First, you should try using a different computer plug and another microUSB cable to see if the problem is with the cable, computer or device plug.

(I had similar problems with my gps device and replaced it. Later it turned out that the oxidized usb cable plugs where the guilty.)

In case it turns out the problem is with the device plug, please send an email to support at digilentinc dot com providing the following information for warranty:

1. Date of Purchase:
2. Seller:
3. Purchase Order/ Web order Number:
