Audio codec ssm2603 on ISE Desing Suite

Hello guys:

I'm working with the ZYBO and the Audio Codec SSM 2603 for my final career project and I've never worked with anything similar before. I've read some topics about the use of audio on zybo but everyone works with Vivado and I'm trying to do that on "ISE Design Suite". I've just started and know I need to configure the registers for the audio codec via I2C but I don't know how to do that and can't find any similar project using ISE.

Is there any similar project working on ISE? Can yo refer it to me?

Hi DavidPg94,

I have not been able to find any projects or examples that work with the Zybo and the Audio Codec in ISE. If you needed any help with implementing  I2C in HDL Here are some demos/examples with the PmodAD2. Here is the Zybo Github repository that has the DMA demo that i believe uses the Audio Codec that is made with Vivado but should help with setting up and using the Audio Codec. Here is a thread that talks about the zybo and the Audio Codec that might help as well.
