Can I use the pmod SSR Relay for the Relay Controlled LEDs tutorial?

This microprocessor tutorial uses an SPDT relay so I am wondering if the Digilent Pmod would be appropriate to use? Thanks.

After consulting the schematic, I see that the Pmod Relay is an SPST (single pole single throw) relay and not SPDT, I.e. single pole double throw relay -- for those who might be interested. It could be used to control a single LED but not two LEDs as in the tutorial.  I guess this is the reason the Pmod is labelled 'SSR'.
