Analog Discovery 3 Scope Channel #2 not working

Hi, the second oscilloscope channel of my analog discovery 3 that I have just bought is not working. I have followed the instruction provided in the linked thread. 

When I try to switch from 500mV to 1V I can hear the relay clicking. Despite that this is the error message I get when trying to calibrate the oscilloscope.

Hi @fedeci

If it does not recover after a few range toggles, Channel 2 Range between 500mV/div and 1V/div, the relay is probably bad.
For warranty and replacement contact the support.digilent @ ni.com specifying the Date of Purchase, Seller and Purchase Order/ Web order Number.
