410-300 didn't includes voucher code?

Thank you for your support.

One of our customer purchased 410-300.

He expected voucher code for Vivado Design Suite as Datasheet stated.

But it wasn't included.

 

Can you let us know how can we get it?

Hi @Takashi "The Yaka mein",

Yes, this voucher should have been included with the Genesys 2. If I remember correctly, this would be on a piece of paper that is inside the Genesys 2 cardboard box.

If this voucher was not in the box for the new product, then I will look into this and work with you to get this resolved.

The customer was said, He was looking all around inside the box. But He couldn't found the paper, though.

*Can you issue Voucher code for him?
