I tried plugging in an instrument the other day and it came from the factory named "Scope 1" and in a USB Recovery mode. Another coworker was playing with this prior so I'm not sure if this is 100% on you guys. Regardless. I am having trouble getting this out of USB Recovery mode and into a normal network mode.
