I just bought a zybo board. I have tried to program it with vivado 2016.2, however it seems that the hardware target can not be recognized. I checked also on device manager there is no digilent related driver. I have tried zybo board on two different laptops. On is running win8.1 and another is running win7.

I would like to know how to fix this issue.
