DAQ Adaptor for Matlab

We bought A DT9829 a long time ago. Now I want to integrate it into Matlab and I need the DAQ Adaptor for Matlab. This software is only avaible with an account and serial number verification. My serial number is not accepted and the software is out of reach for me.

Can anybody help me in this issue?

Hello @StefanF.

To use MCC's DT9829 module with MATLAB, a user must have a license for MATLAB and MATLAB's Data Acquisition Toolbox.  Once in the MATLAB environment, use the Add-On Manager to install the Data Acquisition Toolbox Support Package for Data Translation Hardware.  Reference the Data Translation DAQ Adaptor for MATLAB guide for supported capabilities.  Note that temperature measurements are not supported by the Data Translation DAQ Adaptor for MATLAB.
