Help with logic analyser on Analog discovery3

Hi all, new to the tool and software here.. I need to capture a few seconds of 2 digital signals. One of them is a 3Mhz clock that changes to 1.5 in this interval. The issue is that i can't capture the exact moment it changes, i have data in ~8 buffers, first 4 with the fast clock, the next ones with the slow one, but i'm unable to find the position when it's changing... I need to look at the second signal and observe a specific pattern for ~4ms when clock is changing. tried pretty much all options i could think of in the menu and i always get same type of samples...

Set trigger pulse, more or less, length and the duration of longer or shorter periods as holdoff.
The AD3 device buffer is up to 64k samples. For deeper captures record mode can be used but the data streaming with this works up to about 10Msps.
