Linear or Switching Pwer Supply for AD2

I have an Analog Discover 2 and would like to power it using a 5VDC @ 3.0 Amp Linear power supply instead of a switching power supply. Since I could not find any documentation regarding whether this was OK, and I assume it is fine, I thought it would be prudent to ask before connecting. So, does it matter to the AD2 if I use a linear supply instead of a switching one?

Hello,

You can use either linear or switching supply, but the 5V DC output is important and also make sure to have proper jack polarity with positive inside.
