Yuriy RSE
New USB-231. I single end mode operational only channels 0H and 2H. Drift on DC over 200 mV. All channels active. I did not expect this problem from simple unit.
DAQman
Using low-impedance signal sources (signal < 100) is essential because the USB-231 inputs are multiplexed. Open channels are considered high impedance and will show drifting. Could you explain how you have the eight inputs connected?
Yuriy RSE
Last test was done with 9V battery. I single source mode 4 inputs was connected together with short wire. You can see difference in reading.
