Hi @Allister,

Digilent does not offer phone support.

Support for Digilent products is instead provided here on the Forum, so that other users can find and see the public record of any troubleshooting that has occurred. That and with the nature of Digilent products, screenshots are commonly involved which is not conducive to voice conversations.
