We purchased a new USB-3103. I noticed that the output voltage of one of the analog outputs, VOUT2, is beyond the specified range and does not respond to command from software. I used a recommended software, InstaCal, to check the analog outputs. The VOUT2 outputs about 12.64V regardless of the commanded settings. All other analog outputs are OK and respond to the commands. Is there a way to reset the VOUT2? Or does it mean the device is defective?
