Update: Initial issue solved with reinstall. Strip chart now opens. However TracerDAQ says "no device detected in your current hardware" despite the device showing up and functioning on Instacal.
Problem:
Opening TracerDAQ Pro, selecting 'strip chart' and run no longer fully opens the strip chart.
In windows 10: A 'strip chart' tab opens as normal, however the tab does not and will not maximise. Hovering the mouse over the tab shows a white screen.
I want to be able to use the strip chart feature.
Other information:
TracerDAQ pro used for 3 years with no prior issues.
The Oscilloscope, function generator, and rate generator all open as normal.
