Custom serial protocol analyser script howto

Hi there.  I just got my Digital Discovery and really like it so far. Considering that when I started in this business, test instrumentation had to be rolled around the lab on a cart ... things have certainly changed for the better.

However, I would like to add decoders for some of the serial protocols I use everyday like J1587/J1708, Hayes AT and other proprietary ones as well.  Is there a better resource on the subject other than the Reference Manual which touches on the subject but doesn't go into depth.

I would likely recommend looking into the WaveForms SDK examples (there are a couple of DigitalOut_Custom examples)
