Texas Jim
I have a MCC E-1608 with version 1.01 firmware. I downloaded the E-1608.hex file and copied it into the firmware upgrade directory. When I selected download it responded back with erase failure and two LED lights started blinking. When I cycled power, the two LEDs continued to blink and it would not join the network. I attempted to perform a reset to factory default by holding the reset button while appling power and releasing the button after 4 seconds. This has not changed the performance of the board. I still can not restore connectivity to the board. How do I restore operation to the E1608? Is this a problem I have to return the board to you to resolve this problem? Thank you for your help,
0 DAQman
You can force it into bootloader mode as described in the forum thread below. And then after, you may have to use a router as described by the user. Otherwise, it's a trip back to the factory.
