Regarding parallel use of USB-1408FS-Plus

Hello,

Is it possible to connect two USB-1408FS-Plus to one laptop at the same time and collect data? We have already built an 8ch data collection system with one USB-1408FS-Plus, but now we need 16ch analog input. 

If possible, could you please tell me what we should be careful about?

A single program can control one or more devices. They are handled separately, so there would be two buffers and two scan functions to collect data. If you want both devices to sample simultaneously, connect the Sync pins and use the External Clock Scan Option for the second unit. In this case, the second unit should be programmed before the first (master) so that it is ready to receive the scan clock from the master device.
