Missing ICalUL.msi file when installaing a new version of Instacal

The Instacal installation software promts me for a missing file called  ICalUL.msi which is suposed to be placed in a temp library. However the exsisting msi file is named InstaCal.msi!

The ininstallation connor proceed without the file. What is the workaround?

Same error. What worked was to delete all references to Instacal using regedit.
