USB-3114 Isolation

I have an application that need a bipolar output up to +-5V for signal control. Is the analog ground of USB-3114 isolated to the the digital ground and power ground of the device?. If so how what is the peak voltage it can handle

There is no isolation on the USB-3114; it shares its ground with the host computer.

You could consider the USB-3101FS. It isolates the USB connection and is rated at 250 Vrms continuously.
