I have restarted the computer, opened and closed instacal, reset the boards, used multiple computers, and they will still not connect. Can I please get some help? 0 JRys Posted October 26, 2023 Share Posted October 26, 2023 The USB-2416 requires an external +5 volt power supply. Be careful not to use a higher voltage supply. Attach the power supply first, then the USB cable, and once you've done that, launch InstaCal. If you have a Windows 7 computer, use InstaCal version 6.55. 0 lukeha Posted October 26, 2023 Author Share Posted October 26, 2023 I have only used a 5-volt power supply for the DAQs. I have tried all permutations of power supply, usb, and InstaCal launch.
