USB-2416 will not connect to any computer

I have only used a 5-volt power supply for the DAQs. I have tried all permutations of power supply, usb, and InstaCal launch. I have used a windows 10 and windows 11 operating system and have not been successful. -
USB-2416 will not connect to any computer

I have two USB-2416 DAQs that will not connect to any computer anymore. I have restarted the computer, opened and closed instacal, reset the boards, used multiple computers, and they will still not connect. Can I please get some help?
