USB-1208HS-4AO only 3 channels

JohnC

Question

I have a new USB -1208 connected to new windows 1 1 computer running the latest DasyLab and Instacal, and channel 1 of the analog output stopped working. Channels 2,3 and 4 are outputting in response to a simple worksheet, but channel 1 just gives a steady 0.5v. I tried restarting, reconnecting USB, etc. Haven't re-installed Dasylab. What to do?

Physically wire analog output one over to analog input zero. If the inputs are set to differential mode, connect the analog input low side to AGND. Create a new worksheet with an input and output. Set the output to channel one and the time base to the DASYLab. Connect a Slider control to the output. Connect a Digital Meter to the input module. Press play and move the slider. If it stays stuck at 0.5v, could you send me a message with the following: sales order number, company, your name, email, and phone?
