Question about a DASYLab license.

I am working a project. I have a number of your USB-1208FS-Plus devices that I have configured and working in the field, and I've found that I need a little more control or more options than the standard DAQami or TracerDAQ provide.

I think I need to purchase a license for DASYLab. But I'm not 100% sure.

Right now my requirements are pretty simple(I think). What I want to do is:

1. Add custom logo/skin to the interface of the DAQami app.

2. Thicken the plot lines.

3. A few other fiddly UI stuff beyond what I can find in the DAQami/TracerDAQ software.

 

Is DASYLab gonna be able to allow me to do this? Or is there some other option?

DASYLab is a development environment. You can create custom layouts with graphics, charts, meters, lists, buttons, etc. DASYLab was developed so engineers and scientists could quickly create a program to acquire, analyze, display, and record data. However, the lines on charts and graphs cannot be thickened, and the program cannot be reskinned. The DASYLab download can be run as an evaluation for 28 days.

I was emailing with one of your sales guys last month or so and he said that the lines could be changed in DASYLab? Is there any option available that you guys have that would be able to allow for this sort of thing?

There is no option to allow trace line thickness. The only possible change is the color of the trace.
