waveforms oscilloscope: Set sample rate without changing the time base

I'd like to be able to set a low sample rate without changing the time base so I can demonstrate aliasing.  However the waveforms documentation says:

For instance, the sample count and rate used when capturing data can be manually configured - it should be noted that doing so also automatically changes the position and base settings.

Is there possible some alternative software that will let me do this - or even better some undocumented way to get Waveforms to allow me to do this?  I'm using an AD2 if that matters.

Hi @mwb1100

This is not possible but you can add reference channels at different sampling rates, shift the channels to align. First make sure to set the sampling mode to Decimate.

Thanks for the reply and suggestion.  Looks like I need to read up on reference channels.  And Decimate sampling mode!
