I'm trying to encode the UL dependency in my research software. The Universal Library Redistribution Guide suggests two methods for UL distribution, one which involves FTP'ing to the ftp.mccdaq.com server, and the other which involves files.digilent.com. The former method, via FTP, seems broken due to the host not being available? The FTP approach is also more straightforward because it is an EXE, convenient for setup on Windows. The files.digilent.com approach is fine, but it involves manually moving DLLs and setting PATH, etc., which is a bit more involved.
