Analog Discovery 2 not being recognized

Hello, I have a bunch of computers that are not recognizing the Analog Discovery 2 board. The comptuers are running Windows 11 and the newest version of Waveforms (3.20.1_64bit.). This device with the USB cable works fine with the same install of Waveforms and Windows 11 on my desktop computer, but not the ones in the lab. The only difference is the other software installed and the lab machines were sysprepped before deploying. The USB serial Port (COM4) says that the device is working

Hi @cetapc COM port should not show up with Analog Discovery. This is disabled in EEPROM config but it can be force enabled from software and an app/service keeping the COM busy prevents access to the device. 1. Make sure to uncheck "Load VCP" then reconnect the device. I don't know why would the "My device is not listed" crash.
